Return and Exchange Policy

At The Funnki Store, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our simple return and exchange policy.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

📌 Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like size or color preference unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at care@funnki.com with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos of the product (for defect, damage, or wrong item)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with next steps.

3. Reverse Pickup or Self-Shipping

  • For approved returns/exchanges, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or request you to self-ship the product.

  • If you self-ship, courier charges will be reimbursed (up to a specified limit) upon submission of the receipt.

4. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are only possible for the same product (design and price) in a different size, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.

6. Non-Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is customized or personalized.

7. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is processed or printed.

  • Once the printing process begins, cancellation is not allowed.
