Cash On Delivery

At Funnki Store, we understand that many customers prefer to pay only after receiving their product. That’s why we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option across most serviceable pin codes in India.

COD Eligibility:

Available on selected products and pin codes.
Maximum order value for COD: ₹4,999.
Orders above ₹5,000 require prepaid payment.

Delivery Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Important Notes:

Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery. Kindly ensure your availability.
Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in blocking COD for your account.
Tampering or opening the package before payment is strictly prohibited.

How COD Works:

Add your desired products to cart.
Choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout.
Confirm your address and phone number.
Pay in cash when the order is delivered at your doorstep.

Cancellation & Refund:

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
If you refuse delivery, no charges will be applied, but repeated refusals may affect your account.
COD orders are not eligible for refund to bank account; only replacements or credits are offered if the product is damaged or incorrect.
